As of recent, a major focus for me has been our boot contract/ stocking strategy for one of our largest customers. I have had my work cut out for me but i feel as though we are finally making progress. I was able to bring in a lot of stock on consignment, aka free, however getting our Inventory Management and Purchasing group to get on the same page has been a chore. Today we finally had a break-through and got the okay to double our stock. Our customer will be auditing us Friday, which I fell will determine our future with the customer. I am very optimistic though.
